How we handle personal data you share with us through this website.
Who we are
This notice explains how OneOffice Solutions Corporation ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website and when you contact us. It does not cover data that our customers store in the OneOffice app; for that data, the customer is the controller and we act on its instructions.
What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the details you send, such as your name, work email, company and message.
When you visit the site, our web host records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time) in server logs, used to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We use enquiry details to reply to you, arrange a demo or quote and follow up on your request. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract.
We use server logs for security and to fix faults. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries (such as hosting and email), under contracts that require them to protect it, or where the law requires it. Where data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond to your request and follow up with you, then delete them, unless you become a customer or the law requires us to keep them longer. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.
Security
We use reasonable organisational, physical and technical measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws give you rights over your personal data. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these include the rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads cookies to understand site use and measure our ads. Google tags load on every visit; before you consent they set no cookies and send only cookieless pings. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept analytics cookies; advertising cookies (such as Google Ads' _gcl_au) are set only if you turn on Advertising in the cookie banner's Settings. These providers act under their own privacy policies. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time; see our cookie notice for the list and opt-out links.
